Once your custom proposal is finalized, you’ll receive a service agreement and invoice.
A 50% retainer secures your date on our calendar.
Because we accept a limited number of events, retainers must be received within three days to guarantee availability. Unsecured dates are released to other inquiries.
After booking, we collaborate with you to craft a cocktail menu that reflects your style and guest experience. You’ll receive a detailed, customized alcohol shopping list curated specifically for your event, ensuring a polished, well-balanced bar.
Two weeks prior to your event, we confirm headcount and finalize logistics. Any adjustments are reflected in your final invoice, and the remaining balance is due at that time.
Our team arrives early to execute a flawless setup. Bar service begins 10 minutes prior to your scheduled start time to ensure a smooth and elevated guest experience from the very first pour.
Service concludes at the contracted time. We break down efficiently and leave the space exactly as we found it.
***Should you wish to extend service, requests must be made at least one hour prior to the scheduled end time. Extensions are subject to staff availability and product inventory and require immediate payment. We reserve the right to decline based on operational limitations.
